• Returns: We only accept returns if the product is damaged, leaked, expired, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel, along with pictures and your order number.

• Refunds/Replacement: Once your return is approved, we’ll offer a refund or free replacement within 10 –15 working days.

• No Returns on Used Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, used or opened items will not be eligible for return or refund.

• Shipping Charges: If the issue is from our side, we’ll bear the return shipping cost. If not, the customer will be responsible.
